Hi there!
I'm passioned about motorsports, vintage cars, US cars, traveling and wildlife photography - preferable birds. You may ask, what these have in common? Adrenaline! Capturing fast race cars and even faster flying birds is extremely challenging and forces you always to react quickly, master your camera equipment, work hard on your skills and continuously improve.
Beside the challenge of speed, beauty lies in the eye of the beholder! Undoubtable, nature is beautiful and so are birds. Have you ever seen tiny hummingbirds sucking nectar from colorful flowers, or chasing each other? How about majestic raptors, like eagles, hovering in the sky to wait for the right moment to catch a fish or something else for lunch?
For me also vintage cars, preferable American ones, are beautiful as well. My heart starts beating when I hear the roaring V8 sound of a muscle car from the 60ies, even more if it's at the race track or at the drag strip. And here we are with traveling. Traveling gives me plenty of opportunities to take pictures, also beside the motorsport events that I'm covering e.g. for diverse magazines, or just for fun.
